Incoterms

Incoterms

The International Commercial Terms, better known as Incoterms, are general rules that define the way of operating between suppliers and clients in contracts for the export or import of goods.

The Commercial Law and Practice Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (CLP-ICC) is the one who has developed the standard, which defines in eleven terms, composed of three letters, the responsibilities assumed by the seller and buyer for the delivery of the contracted goods.
